Livovantae (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) sets out the following arrangements for orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently support shipping to all regions within Australia.
Shipping to countries outside Australia is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Fee
Orders of 90.99 AUD or above (including 90.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below 90.99 AUD incur a 9.99 AUD flat shipping charge.
3. Taxes
All product prices already include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged.
4. Cut-off Time
Orders successfully paid before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing the next day.
When a rest day or public holiday applies, processing will begin on the next business day.
5. Processing Time
Once an order enters processing, we expect it to be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak order periods or unforeseen circumstances, slight variations may occur, and we will strive to process orders as soon as possible.
6. Shipping Timeframe
After dispatch, the estimated transit period is 5–8 business days.
Actual times may vary based on location, logistics network performance, weather, and other external factors.

8. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided once the parcel ships.
You may check the parcel status at any time using the tracking reference.
9. Responsibility Statement
After dispatch, parcel status updates may be affected by carrier systems, network delays, or routing changes beyond our control.
Should an item be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will assist in communicating with the carrier and help follow up on resolution.
If incorrect or incomplete address details cause a delay or return, any reshipment may incur additional costs payable by the customer.
10. Receipt Guidance
Please ensure a valid and accurate receiving address where someone is available to accept the parcel.
If a parcel is signed for by another party at the address, it will be considered successfully received.
If a parcel is unclaimed and returned due to lack of pickup within the carrier’s deadline, we can assist with resending arrangements, which may involve additional charges.
